What we collect

We only ask for what an order needs. When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. If you create an account we also keep the addresses you choose to save so checkout is quicker next time.

• Order details — what you bought, the amount and the delivery address.
• Contact details — name, email and phone, so we can reach you about the order.
• Messages — anything you send through the contact form, including an attachment if you add one.
• Account details — your email and a securely hashed password. We never store the password itself.

What we do not collect

We do not store card numbers. Orders are Cash on Delivery, and if online payment is added later it will be handled by the payment provider — the card details will not reach our servers.

How we use it

Your details are used to prepare, deliver and support your order, and to answer messages you send us. We share your name, phone number and address with our courier because they cannot deliver without them. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Marketing

We only email you offers if you ticked the box asking for them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your orders.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require. Contact messages are kept while the query is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or have your account and its data deleted. Write to us and we will confirm within a few working days.
