Orders and delivery
Orders are confirmed by email as soon as they are placed and normally arrive within 3-5 business days. Every order has an ID beginning with VM — keep it, it is all you need to track the parcel or ask about it.
- Track a parcel — use the order tracking page with your order ID and the email you ordered with.
- Change an address — message support before the order is marked Shipped.
- Delivery charges — a flat rate shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan: you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Card payment is being set up and will appear at checkout once it is live.
Products
Our supplements are Halal-compliant and made to GMP-certified manufacturing standards. Each product page lists its ingredients, pack size and how to take it. Supplements support a healthy routine — they do not replace a balanced diet or your doctor’s advice.
Returns
